Return Policy

Return Policy
We offer an easy 30 day return policy on purchases. We will refund your order total, less our actual costs for shipping for any unopened/re-sellable items. Items must be returned in new and unused condition, include all parts and accessories and in original vendor packaging.

Please be mindful of the following details about returns:
- All returns must be pre-approved prior to you sending the products back, please contact us first, "blind" returns are not properly documented and may not be refunded.
- Items that shipped for 'free' still have actual shipping costs occurred on our end.
- We pay for return shipping if the return is deemed a result of our mistake, e.g.: the product has been received damaged, defective out of the box or the incorrect item was shipped (shipping charges will be refunded)
- An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
- All returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging for us to process a return.
- Please do not assemble or modify a product before returning, these products will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process
We'll request a refund after we receive and process your return at the warehouse. In some cases refunds may take as long as one month to process. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item (s).
